I tried to recharge a runebook by keeping recall scrolls in my backpack but it don't work. Any suggest?

not sure how your server recharges those books but one I played alls you had to do was simply drop scrolls on the book so I use ,setrecieveingcontainer on my runebook and grabbed X amount of scrolls from the bank
