I was thinking in a command to see the level of the player close to you

Like when a staff member arrive close to you the script see his level and identify that he is a staff

That's impossible. Only if the character name has any special signatures.
Type ,info and thats information what you can get.

Only gm's can see level of character . . . but not a players . . .
