Помоги плиз со скриптом !

Чар стоит у него по ногами (на палу) Тотал манки. И чтоб как мана упадет ниже 10 он выпевал ! И так всё время !

спс можно плиз ещё один скриптик !
Вот я буду кастовать в другого чара и если у него хп менше 15 то мой скрипт на каст вырубается,дапустим скрипт называетя strelka!

у всех этот скрипт работает....у меня например нет...не подскажете в чем может быть причина?
