Well, in short - goverment falsificate election results to erect candidate from power. This caused something like riots through all country. In Kiev (capital of Ukraine) there is millions people going to demostrations. Today parliament under pressure of society approved fact that elections where faked, and asked for elections to be repeated.

Alas it is a hard process, because formally there is almost no way to do it. As some people humoristically saying, now in Ukraine 3 (three) Presidents -
First - still President, L. Kuchma
Second - candidate from power, declared as winner of elections, V. Yanukovich (btw. he is criminal in past, in most countries there is no way such person even think about any goverment post)
Third - candidate and president for largest part of society, economist, V. Yuschenko

If you still need more info, ask

Both candidats falsificate election results and cannot decide Which of them is president.

Ukraine is politic comedy.

No one can pay for millions people, demonstarting in cities.
But of course, few hundreds people, sent from Yanukovich to demonstrations, possibly bribed.

Anyone can just open some photogallery, having materials of few last Ukrainean days, and look yourself.

Btw, now rats flee from Yanukovich ship, firstly those journalists, that where payed to publish lies all time election company proceede, secondly some persons in charge, possibly resposible for economical gerrymanders.

Hm, in Ukraine election both candidate use about 1 000 000 000$ for win in election. With this money they can buy a lot of people for demonstration.
From Kharkov go to Kiev a lot of people that take money (50$ for 2 days of demonstraition) from Yuschenko.
Also from Kharkov go to Kiev a lot of people that take money (80$ for 2 days of demonstraition) from Yanukovich.
How to say me people from other cities in chat, ICQ, forums and other inet talk, people go to Kiev to demonstraition for money not only Kharkov city.
