Could you re-script the massmove command so that it doesn't lock the process while executing? And example is when you have to massmove things with a delay of 2500, the process will say it's hung multiple times, and you can't do anything until the move is done.

Well, you could just put the 'No client hung message' checkbox on.

Umm, I do, but that still doesn't beat the fact that the system is INHERENTLY FLAWED.

A simple delay timer is eating upt he entire thread, stopping the client in it's tracks. This should be rescripted, i'm sure there's an easy alternative. One that would make the client usable while such a command is executing.
