90% problems solved in case following instructions of

and FAQ -> "errors and problems"

yeah i have readet all things in there and still can get working =(

1) are you sure you set approprial Encryption?
2) do you using standart ilpatch or you was forced to make changes for it? if so the most possible reason you made wrong changes
