Вобщем где-то глубоко в недрах форума нашел сообщение Mihail`а про пойзон оружия в руке через хоткей.

useskill 'Poisoning'; waittargetobject objatlayer 'Rhand'

Однако как я не менял последовательность скила\бутылей\прицела в хоткейсе, не каких изменений не происходит
Хоткей только выдает сообщение "What do you...." и дальше не прицела, ни действий :(
