подскажите как сделать чтоб он понимал русские слова

вроде здесь поставить надо что говориться когда не клюёт

нет так не помогает я уже пробовал

получаешь руское сообщение
пишешь ,showjournal
увидишь можешь кракозябру или cliloc
вот то что у видел подставляешь по аналогии с английским
