Сабж.
Суть в том что первый раз запускал его настройки кое какие сохранились а теперь вообще не сохраняет. Обидно - настраивал хоткеи и ничего не сохранилось :x В чем может быть дело? Все файлы не read only проверил сразу.

Настройки нужно сохранять самому кнопкой Save на первой закладке.
