I think there's no way PayPal has international agreement/treaties only with the countries you've listed. also can't signup as *any_country*. with CC n. <your_number> http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cm ... es-outside It's just their policy They also break any transaction made outside, thus stopping your account. That's cause then doesn't trust countries they don't have agreements with. So making an account by foreign will cease to be when u go to cash. (Transactions are undone) An International Full-Eastern-enabled system have to born yet |

Wow! they says it's possible to get money without being user! http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cm ... ex-outside https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?c ... _1-outside They says money can be sent this way: the "benefactor" clicks on paypal money by mail, paypal send to the recipient mail a msg: You've got cash, and a link on how to withdraw. I wonder if they will ask for registration then... or simply ask u where to put money. |
