В у меня инже запускаются несколько постоянно сидящих в памяти процедур. При этом каждая из них может использовать функции wait*. Возможен ли конфликт этих процедур, когда команда wait* одной из них перекрывается командой wait* другой процедуры, вызванной почти в тот же момент времени?
Если да, то как с этим лучше всего бороться?

конфликт будет обязательно, если имеется в виду waittarget*
