Инжект умеет работать с файлами. Также, можно заставить его ловить информацию с консоли клиента. RTFM IMHO.

Самая привлекательная с этой стороны. на мой взгляд, это возможность работы с реестром.

Подробнее читай про комманды setEasyUO и getEasyUO.

Подскажите ещё - как наиболее оптимально передать строку из инжы с одного компьютера в инжу на другом?

С одного компа на другой...

Тута ничего оптимального нету.

Как вариант - вызов сторонних программ..
