With 4.0.0c everything works perfectly
I can give you a few reasons:
1) With client 4.0.0c you've several errors when displaying things locked...example: if you put plants locked on your house and you use client 4.0.0c sometimes the plants will seem to have ben sunk on the ground and you need to drag them to have their position fixed. That's solved on 4.01 clients and upper.
2) With client 4.0.0c if you're wearing rings/necklaces/bracelets and you need to check their properties, you need to have a really good aiming and searching on the paperdoll to move the item or use a script function. On clients 4.0.1 and upper there's a new spot on the paperdoll where those items are shown separately making life much more easier.
3) The latest version of the client allows 1 more character.
